Privacy Policy

Odrifit ("we", "us", "Odrifit") provides an AI-assisted wellness app (web,
Android and, in future, iOS) that helps you track health habits — food,
water, steps, weight, menstrual cycle and other conditions you choose to
log — and gives you personalized, educational recommendations based on
what you enter. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can
control it.
What we collect
- Account info — when you sign in with Google, we
receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google to
create and identify your account.
- Health profile — age, gender, height, weight, goals,
and any health conditions or concerns you tell us about (e.g. PCOS,
diabetes, pregnancy, tiredness) so we can generate relevant guidance.
- Daily logs — food entries (including photos you
choose to add), water intake, walking/step activity, and menstrual
cycle dates you record.
- Family Circle data — if you add a family member's
profile to track on their behalf, the same categories of data for that
profile, entered by you.
- Feedback — anything you submit through the in-app
feedback form, along with an optional photo and contact email.
- Device/technical data — standard technical data
needed to operate the app (e.g. crash/error logs), and camera access
only when you actively use it to photograph a meal.
How we use it
- To operate the app: save your check-ins, calculate targets (calories,
protein, water, steps), and show your history back to you across
devices when signed in.
- To generate the personalized, educational recommendations described
in-app. These are not medical advice — see the in-app Disclaimers page
for the full detail.
- With your separate, specific consent (shown once at sign-up, and
toggleable anytime in Settings → "Help improve Odrifit"): food photos
and the dish details you enter may be used to improve Odrifit's food
recognition for everyone. These photos are not linked to your name.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Odrifit runs on Google Cloud / Firebase (Authentication and Firestore
database), hosted in Google's infrastructure. Sign-in itself is handled by
Google's own Sign-In service, subject to
Google's privacy policy.
Your choices
- You can use most of Odrifit without signing in; signing in is what
enables cross-device sync and cloud backup of your data.
- You can turn off the food-photo improvement program anytime in
Settings, without losing access to the app.
- You can delete your account and all associated data anytime at
odrifit.com/delete-account.html, or
request a copy of your data by emailing
admin@odrifit.com.
Children
Odrifit is not directed at children and is not intended for use by
anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above
and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
